Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in Sublimare apartments.
How far are the apartments from the sea?
All our properties are close to the sea in Giulianova, at different distances:
- Sublimare Seafront: directly on the seafront.
- Sublimare Luxury Apartments: about 200 metres from the sea.
- Sublimare Icons: about 150 metres from the sea.
Do you offer full board or half board?
No, Sublimare does not offer full board or half board. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, so that guests are free to organise their own meals.
Is Sublimare a hotel?
No, Sublimare is a collection of luxury holiday homes in Giulianova, divided into three lines: Sublimare Luxury Apartments, Sublimare Icons and Sublimare Seafront.
Are the apartments available all year round?
Yes, Sublimare is open all year round and welcomes guests both for holidays and for work or medium-term stays.
Can I stay for several weeks or months?
Yes, we also offer solutions for medium-term stays. Depending on the availability of the apartments, the season and the guest’s needs, we will prepare a tailored quote.
Are the apartments equipped with crockery and kitchen accessories?
Yes, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 am.
Is there a laundry area?
Yes, Sublimare Luxury Apartments and Sublimare Icons have a shared laundry area, accessible 24/7 and equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Sublimare Seafront apartments each have their own washing machine inside the apartment, as well as an ironing board and iron.
Are bed linen and towels included in the stay?
Yes, the initial supply of linen is included in the stay and covers beds made up with mattress protectors, sheets, pillows and pillowcases.
Each guest is also provided with 3 towels: a large one for the shower, one for the hands and one for the bidet.
During your stay you can request additional linen changes and extra cleaning services, available on request and at an extra charge.
Is there a charging point for electric cars?
Yes, at Sublimare Luxury Apartments, in Via Monfalcone 56 in Giulianova, there is a charging point for electric vehicles, available at an extra charge.
